Motorcycle Vanilla Cake
Who doesn't love cake, and parties, right! My dearies. When birthdays arrive, celebrate is always a good value. So, I wanted to make something unique for my husband's birthday. He loves motorcycles and enjoying great rides or kind of extreme ones, so I decided to surprise him with a motorcycle cake. Then let's begin with the party.
Bake at 350 F for 30-35 minutes

MOTORCYCLE VANILLA CAKE
Ingredients
2 1/4 Cups all-purpose flour
1 1/3 Cups granulated sugar
1/2 Teaspoon salt
120 grams Butter
1 Cup milk
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
2 Eggs
Instructions
1. In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the dry ingredients. Add butter, and mix until the batter appears grainy.
Next, insert the eggs and mix until just combined. Slowly add the milk and the vanilla.
Grease two 9" round cake pans at 350F for 30-35. Let to cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes, remove from pan, and cool completely on a wire rack for one hour.
