How to make explosive rocket confetti

This confetti cannon is easy to make and use to celebrate any festivity. And even more that Valentine's Day is around the corner.

Things you will need
- balloons
- pair of scissors
- paper tube roll
- Double Sided Adhesive Tape
- card stock
- colored tissue paper or paper

Steps to follow
Cut the balloon's tip to stretch it and cover the roll.
Stretch the balloon over the paper roll (I recommend paper tube rolls for crafts, as they are more hygienic) and tie a knot at the bottom of the balloon. This will be our part of launching our confetti cannon.
We adjust our balloon. You can use strong packing tape or a stapler
We decorate it on that edge with tissue paper, accommodating it well with the double-sided adhesive tape.

Once this step is ready, we wrap it with the decorated paper, adjusting it well.
Once decorated, fill the tube with the confetti.
To start enjoying it, Grabbing the part with the knot, and holding the tube with one hand and the other will activate the cannon and make the confetti shoot out... Count to three, let go and celebrate with confetti!
