Olive Oil for Cooking

23.5.21
The benefits of Olive Oil are known to all, and every time we learn more benefits and the value it gives to food. Le Stagioni d ’Italia Oil is the
the best compliment to meals since it does not invade the food with its flavor but rather enhances it and makes it healthier than other Oils.
It is the most suitable oil for sautéing and sealing food. A small amount of Le Stagioni d ’Italia Oil quickly cooks and browns a food, allowing the food to retain all its juices and flavor.

Olive Oil

Today we are going to prepare a trendy dish from Italy, a Parmigiana risotto. It is made with onion, garlic, chicken broth, parmesan cheese, and Le Stagioni d ’Italia Oil to give it that much-appreciated texture and flavor.

Ingredients
1 shallot, very finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, quite finely chopped
Le Stagioni d ’Italia Oil
1 1/2 cups risotto
1 cup of white wine
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup parmesan cheese
Salt, black pepper

Instructions
In a wide pan over medium heat, add the chopped onion and garlic with the oil to fry for a few minutes, occasionally stirring, until the onion softens and the garlic is lightly browned.
Add the risotto and stir the ingredients for a couple of minutes.
Add the white wine, lower the temperature to medium-low heat, and cook, frequently stirring, until the liquid is completely absorbed.
At that moment, we add half a cup of broth and, without stopping to stir, we wait for the risotto to absorb all the liquid before adding more. We pour another half cup of broth and do the same again. We continue adding broth until the rice is al dente, not too soft, not too hard.
Add salt, black pepper, Parmesan cheese and continue stirring until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Serve the risotto on individual plates and sprinkle the chopped parsley on top.

Le Stagioni d ’Italia Oil preserves all the nutritional properties and is healthier. Happy to cook my risotto with the authentic oil of Italian food. Made by pressing without heat or chemicals, known as first cold-pressed, it’s the freshly squeezed juice of olives
Here a tip on how to store it: Put the Le Stagioni d ’Italia in a fresh, dark pantry away from heat and light, which causes spoilage.
